ECW Program Employment Services
Our Everyone Can Work Employment Services Department focuses on the individual and their unique goals. Offering Supported Employment, Pre-Vocational Training and small group along with Career Planning.
ECW Supported Employment is offered both virtually and in person, with adherence to all COVID 19 precautions. Employment Advocates are trained to conduct highly engaging virtual and in person small groups.
Prevocational Training is also offered both in person and virtually. Employment Advocates are trained to conduct highly engaging virtual and in person small groups. Including also facilitating a virtual Job Club where employment and prevocational clients get the opportunity to network and share their experiences, frustrations and accomplishments.
ECW Career Planning offers the opportunity for a Career Advocate to work with you individually to discuss all of our strengths and career dreams and develop a detailed plan to get you where you want to be in your career! ECW is available Statewide in NJ
Visionary Ink
Visionary Ink Studio is a full service retail direct to garment printing studio where individuals with special needs who have an interest in this creative art are on staff accounting for 25% of our workforce.
Visionary Ink is AIA’s first retail venture, designed to bring a much needed creative service. Our approach is to include all individuals with a variety of needs into our workforce. Visionary is a place where employment for all is the mission.
